Financial assistance requests must include a copy of the Montgomery County Public Schools Free and Reduced Meals (FARMS) program certificate. Returning players are guaranteed a place on their current team only if registered by midnight on January 15, 2009, after which all players, returning and new, are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. The office be open during this period on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office will also be closed for winter break from Wednesday, December 24 through Sunday, January 4.
